This is a brand-new industrial estate located in Hellevoetsluis, adjacent to the N57 near the access roads to the A15, making Rotterdam, the port area, and the South Holland and Zeeland islands easily accessible. The new Blankenbergtunnel under construction beneath the waterway will connect the A15 at Rozenburg with the A20 at Maassluis, bringing many logistical advantages. Add to that the benefits that Voorne-Putten has traditionally offered: its favorable orientation towards Rotterdam and the Rotterdam port, excellent roads to Germany, Belgium, and the rest of Europe.

The roofs of the Hellevoetsluis location will also be fitted with solar panels. The solar panels on the office roofs result in a 45% energy saving.
